Who we are
We are Tooz Academy, a team of international students who have already faced the challenges of studying abroad, such as choosing universities, building portfolios, applying for scholarships, and handling documents. With firsthand experience, we understand the excitement, uncertainty, and pressure of this journey. The name Tooz comes from the Armenian word for fig, inspired by Sylvia Plath’s Fig Tree Theory in The Bell Jar, where each fig represents a possible future but fear of choosing leads to lost opportunities. We see the same struggle in many students today, and our mission is to guide you in making confident choices, recognizing your strengths, and taking control of your future.
