Hayk Mantashyan

Hayk is a senior student majoring in Political Science at LCC International University in Lithuania, where his academic journey has been shaped by both research and practice. As a graduate of the PhysMath school in Armenia, he built a strong foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills early on. In the past, he worked as a Writing Tutor at the university, supporting senior students with structuring essays, proofreading theses, and improving academic writing. Alongside this, he has offered private English tutoring for learners of different ages and backgrounds, as well as specialized English-speaking classes that build confidence and fluency in communication. These experiences allow him to help students strengthen their writing, express themselves clearly, and prepare for both academic and professional challenges.

Hayk’s international background makes him a versatile and empathetic mentor. As a FLEX alumnus, he has gained early exposure to intercultural exchange, complemented by multiple Erasmus+ short-term projects and an Erasmus semester in Law at Károli Gáspár University in Budapest. His path reflects both academic ambition and adaptability, qualities he brings into his teaching and mentoring. He also has extensive first-hand experience with visa and residence permit processes, having successfully managed his own applications without agencies and helped others secure visas for study and travel abroad.

Beyond academics, Hayk has been an active member of the European Youth Parliament for years, where he is now serving as President, Head of Jury, and Head Organiser of different conferences simultaneously. This leadership record demonstrates his ability to guide, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to young people navigating demanding challenges.

Whether it’s improving English, refining essays, or preparing for applications, Hayk combines his academic expertise, teaching background, and international experience to support students in achieving their goals.
